My interests focus on applying user-centred design to improve people’s lives through technology. I’ve had the opportunity to apply these interests into practice through delivering digital products and services within the public sector.
I have recently ventured into the corporate world, to apply my skills in agile delivery and service design within the realm of Big Data at News UK. I work best in cross-functional teams and collaborative working environments.
I have extensive experience with:
agile at scale - working in organisations comprising of just four people to some of the largest government departments.
end-to-end delivery - from beginning stages of pre-discovery to fully-functional live services.
applying user centered design - from experience mapping, building prototypes, conducting user research, and iterating based on feedback.
With a speciality working in service innovation and digital products.
